We do not ask for and do not want bank-account numbers, payment card numbers, government identification numbers, or classified or controlled information through this website. Please do not submit them through our forms.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry, prepare a quotation, or evaluate a partner submission.
- To administer any resulting quotation, purchase order, or contract.
- To maintain records required for contract administration.
- To keep the site secure and operating correctly.
We do not sell contact information, and we do not use form submissions for unrelated marketing.
Who we share it with
We share what is necessary with suppliers or service partners in order to price and perform your requirement — for example, sending a delivery location to a distributor so freight can be quoted. We also disclose information where required by law or by the terms of a contract. We do not otherwise share your information with third parties.

This site uses cookies that are strictly necessary for it to function — a session cookie and an authentication cookie for signed-in users, plus an anti-forgery token that protects form submissions. Retention
Inquiry and partner records are retained for as long as needed to respond, to administer any resulting contract, and to satisfy record-keeping obligations. Server logs are retained for a short operational period.

No method of transmission is perfectly secure, which is why we ask you not to send sensitive identifiers or controlled documents through this website.

Write to exec@nexdaco.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We will respond to reasonable requests, subject to records we are required to keep.
Children
This is a business-to-business and business-to-government website. It is not directed to children.
