Ethical Business Statement

Last updated 23 August 2026.

NEXDA CO competes for public and commercial work. The standards below describe how we intend to do that. This is a statement of our practices, not legal advice and not a government certification.

We represent our capabilities accurately

We describe what Nexda can actually do and distinguish clearly between work we perform and work performed through qualified suppliers or subcontractors. We do not claim licenses, certifications, socioeconomic designations, contract vehicles, clearances, or past performance we do not hold. We do not publish customer names, testimonials, or performance figures without documentary support and the customer’s permission.

We quote what we can deliver

We price against validated supplier quotes and stated lead times. If we cannot source a requirement competitively, meet the delivery date, or satisfy a licensing condition, we decline rather than submit a quote we cannot honor.

We compete fairly

No bribes, kickbacks, or improper gifts. No bid rigging, price fixing, or collusion. We disclose conflicts of interest and we respect procurement-sensitive information.

We stand behind the requirement

When qualified suppliers or specialty subcontractors are used, Nexda coordinates performance and remains responsible for the obligations assigned to Nexda under the applicable contract. Problems get escalated early, in writing, with an alternative proposed.

We keep records straight

Quotes, purchase orders, delivery records, and invoices reflect what actually happened. Documentation is available to the buyer and, where required, to audit.

We handle information carefully

Customer specifications, drawings, and pricing are confidential. We do not collect banking or payment credentials through this website, and payment-detail changes are verified by telephone through a known contact before anything moves.

Raising a concern

If you believe Nexda or one of our partners has fallen short of these standards, write to exec@nexdaco.com or call 317-389-8658. We do not retaliate against anyone who raises a good-faith concern.
