About Nexda Co

An Indianapolis-based corporation built to be a responsible single point of coordination for supply, services, and technology requirements.

Who we are

NEXDA CO is a corporation headquartered in Indianapolis, IN. We help public agencies and commercial organizations source essential products, coordinate qualified service partners, and deliver technology and operational solutions with accountable project management.

What we do

We work across three capability divisions. Supply & Fulfillment covers contract-focused sourcing and delivery of products, equipment, and operational supplies. Facilities & Field Services covers coordinated operational and field support, delivered through properly licensed and insured service partners where the work requires it. Technology & Business Systems covers custom software, portals, automation, and reporting systems.

How we work

Every requirement runs through the same sequence: understand the requirement, validate specifications and compliance, source qualified products or service partners, confirm pricing and lead time and capacity, coordinate delivery and performance, and maintain documentation throughout. It is not complicated. It is applied consistently.

What we say plainly

We distinguish between what Nexda performs directly and what is performed through qualified suppliers or subcontractors. We do not represent that we hold trade, construction, towing, transportation, security, or professional licenses. When qualified suppliers or specialty subcontractors are used, Nexda coordinates performance and remains responsible for the obligations assigned to Nexda under the applicable contract.

We do not publish customer names, testimonials, contract numbers, or performance figures without documentary support and the customer’s permission. If a claim is not on this site, it is because we have not verified it — not because it is unimportant.
